Scheduled Services: Great Barrier Island

Experience a scenic 30 minute flight over the waters and islands of the Hauraki Gulf to get to the outer most island of Great Barrier. We offer air services several times daily between Auckland International Airport and Great Barrier Island.

Stay on GREAT BARRIER ISLAND, it is sub-tropical, with 75% of it a protected estate, managed by the NZ Department of Conservation.

Land over fish feeding in the sea, distinctive native forest, volcanic formations and farmland, in aircraft specifically designed to land on small airfields.

Great Barrier Island is the place to experience New Zealand at its natural best – the beaches, the walks, the surf, the fishing, the birds, the peace and the views.

Special Information:

Don’t bring too much luggage, 15 kg is the limit! Any thing over is charged and may go on a later flight.

Please be at one of our airfields 30 minutes before your flight departs, as prior to your departure time we pick up passengers from two other airfields. If you’re late we can’t wait or come back.

Cancellation Policy Schedule: 100% loss of ticket on the day of travel; 100% loss of ticket if you do not check-in for the flight; refund if cancelled on the day before the day of travel; full refund if cancelled earlier.
